KAZAKH ENFORCEMENT AGENTS TRAINED ON PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

The Rule of Law Platform, in association with the German Fundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), will organise a seminar on “professional ethics and procedural fairness (international standards and national developments in the field of enforcement)” for 100 enforcement agents, on 12 April 2016, in Almaty.

Resulting from the Law on the enforcement proceedings and the status of enforcement agent of 2 April 2010 amended by Law of 29 December 2014, the profession of enforcement agent in Kazakhstan is divided into two branches: one branch is placed under the authority of the Ministry of Justice, another composed of private enforcement agents organised as a self-regulated organisation, the Republican Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Enforcement agents and experts from the German Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection and the International Union of Enforcement Agents will present best International professional ethics, with focus on national developments in Bulgaria, the Czech republic, Estonia and Germany.
