Cooperation agreement between the UIHJ and the Republican Chamber of Private Enforcement Officers of Kazakhstan

The Rule of Law Platform supported the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ) and the Republican Chamber of Private Enforcement Officers of Kazakhstan, which took place in Astana on 9th October 2015 on the sides of a seminar on Hague Service and Maintenance Conventions chaired by the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan and organised by the the Rule of Law Platform. The Cooperation Agreement was co-signed by Mr. Marc Schmitz, First Vice-President of the UIHJ and Mr. Sergey Li, Chairman of the Republican Chamber of Private Enforcement Officers.

The Republican Chamber of Private Enforcement Officers was created in February 2015 and the Cooperation Agreement enabled the Chamber to join the UIHJ and represent the private enforcement agents of Kazakhstan at the general meetings of this world organisation.
